Our goal is to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment plan, and all your questions have been answered.

Cosmetic surgery is rarely covered by insurance. However, if your insurance company deems it medically necessary, it may be covered. We work with most major insurance companies but are out of network for any plans within UnitedHealthcare and UCare.

We accept cash, check, most major credit cards, and CareCredit for those who qualify.

If your surgery is not covered by insurance, full payment of services is due two weeks prior to your surgery date. We do charge a $100 consultation fee. This fee will be credited toward your surgery cost should you choose to proceed with the procedure at our facility.
